Some changes to our fantastic Sales Leadership Team
As we continue to grow the British Engineering Services Group, we’re always focused on making sure our team is made up of the very best people. They’re at the centre of everything we do, helping make sure we can always give our customers the best service, with no compromise. As a result, we’re delighted to share some changes to our Sales Leadership Team.
A very warm welcome to Katarzyna Czerwinska
Katarzyna (Kasia) has joined us as Group Head of Key Account Management. She’s looking forward to working with our Key Account Management Team as we continue to support our customers. Kasia comes to us from BV where she spent almost ten-year years in senior key account management roles.

We’re excited to have her on board and know she’ll make a great impression when she starts to meet more and more of our customers over the coming months,” said Gareth Hilton, Chief Commercial Officer.
Congratulations to Georgina Davis
Watching our people develop and move around our business is something we love, and Georgina Davis is a great example of this. Georgina joined the Group in 2018 as part of the Vulcan Inspection Services team and moved into our central broker team in 2021. She continues to deliver brilliant results for the British Engineering Services Group and, as a result, has moved into the role of Group Head of Broker and Affinity Partnerships.
Craig Morris, Group Head of Direct Sales
As a result of his ongoing success, Craig Morris moved into the Group Head of Direct Sales role last month. He is leading the team through an exciting period of change as our direct offering begins to represent the whole range of British Engineering Services products into the marketplace.
“These are three fantastic appointments, all of which will really help drive the ongoing success and growth of the British Engineering Services Group. As we continue to acquire new businesses and, as a result, enhance the services we can offer our customers, it’s important that our team is made up of the right people and we know that is the case with Kasia, Georgina and Craig.
